Classes & Programs
We offer morning and afternoon classes at Central Nursery School. Our morning classes for 4 and 5-year-olds are three hours long. All our other classes are 2.5 hours. Schedule a visit to tour our Wayne, PA, nursery school by calling 610-688-8563 or email us at info@cnsinc.org.
Morning Program & Classes
Parent/Toddler Circle
- Wednesday mornings from 9:15 a.m. to 10:45 am
- Available for children who will be from 16 to 27 months by September 1, 2025. Each child is accompanied by a parent/caregiver.
Two-morning 2's Programs
- Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Available for children who will be 2 years before June 1, 2025. Our enrollment process makes this cutoff date a firm policy.
- For children who attend two mornings only, it is not necessary to be toilet trained.

Two-Morning 3’s Classes
- Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Available for children who will be 3 years by December 1, 2025.
* For children who attend two mornings only, it is not necessary to be toilet trained.
Three-Morning 3’s & 4’s Classes
- Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Available for children with ages that range from 3 to 4 years
- Must be 3 by September 1, 2025
* Children must be toilet trained to enter school.
Five-Morning 3's & 4's Classes
- Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Available for children with ages that range from 3 to 4 years
- Must be 3 by September 1, 2025
Three-Morning 4’s & 5’s Classes
- Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
- Available for children with ages that range from 4 to 5 years
- Must be age 4 by December 1, 2025
Five-Morning 4’s & 5’s Classes
- Monday through Friday 8:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
- Available for children with ages that range from 4 to 5 years
- Must be age 4 by December 1, 2025
Children who will be 3 years by September 1, 2025 may also attend BOTH a morning and afternoon class.
Our school year extends from September through June.
Afternoon Program & Classes
Three-Afternoon 3’s & 4’s and 4’s & 5’s Classes
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Availability is dependent upon demand
- Children may attend BOTH a morning and afternoon class
*Children must be toilet trained to enter school.
Three-Afternoon Kindergarten Readiness Class (KRC)
- Available dependent upon demand Monday, Wednesday, & Friday for children who also attend either a Three or Five morning class and will be going into Kindergarten.
- This class meets from 11:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
