Payment Information
As a participant in the school there is an activity fee of $100. This fee will cover many special school services and activities. The activity fee will be due with the first-semester tuition payment.
First-semester tuition, equaling one-half of yearly tuition (less $150 deposit per child), is due June 1, 2024. It is necessary to inform CNS as soon as possible if your plans should change. A late fee of $25 will be charged to all payments received 14 days after the due date. If payment is not received (or payment arrangements made) by June 15th, we cannot guarantee placement. For a nominal fee, credit card payments are accepted in the office. Tuition for the second semester is due on December 1, 2024. A limited scholarship is available.
Refund Policy
In accordance with the State Board of Education, please be advised as follows:
- Tuition fees paid in advance shall be refunded in full, less the $150 deposit per child, if a registered student withdraws 30 days or more prior to the beginning of a semester.
- Students who enroll and withdraw less than 30 days prior to the beginning of a semester shall be entitled to a 75% refund of tuition fees, minus the $150 deposit per child, paid for that semester.
- If a student withdraws during a semester, there will be no refund of the tuition paid for that semester.
