*As a participant in the school there will be an activity fee. This fee will cover many special school services and activities. This will be due with the first semester tuition payment.
Tuition Payments/Refund Policy
First semester tuition equaling one-half of yearly tuition (less $150 deposit per child) is due June 1, 2025. It is necessary to inform CNS as soon as possible if your plans should change. A late fee of $25 will be charged to all payments received 14 days after their due date. If payment is not received (or payment arrangements have not been made) by July 1st, we cannot guarantee placement. Tuition for the second semester will be due on December 1, 2025. There is limited scholarship available. Please contact the office to apply.
Prior to the beginning of school, there is a refund policy as follows:
In accordance with the State Board of Education:
- Tuition fees paid in advance shall be refunded in full, less the $150 deposit per child, if a registered student withdraws 30 days or more prior to the beginning of a semester.
- Students who enroll and withdraw less than 30 days prior to the beginning of a semester shall be entitled to a 75% refund of tuition fees, minus the $150 deposit per child, paid for that semester.
- If a student withdraws during a semester, there will be no refund of the tuition paid for that semester.
- First Semester: 9/4/2025 to 1/16/2026 | Second Semester: 1/19/26 to 6/5/26
